Recipe- Cracker Jack Cookies


This is my all time favorite cookies since I was a little kid. My grade three teacher used to bring us this cookies and slices of granny apple to eat. Every cookies that I had tried ever since pale in comparison to this cookies. Finding this recipe was a lengthy process. I asked around, and even check in the internet, but to no availed. Finally, three years ago I got the recipe from a school friend, Janelle. Guess what? It's still taste as good as before. I am going to share this recipe with all of you. It doesn't take too long to make and extremely easy. Enjoys!

Cracker Jack Cookies
2/3 cup- oil
1 cup- brown sugar
1/2 cup-white sugar
2- eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 and 1/2 cups-flour
1 tsp.- baking powder
1 tsp. -baking soda
2 cups- oatmeal
2 cups rice krispies

Blend well. Bake at 350 degree for 10-12 minutes

Hey lil's sis,

When do you want to make the cookies? Sometime this weekend? Lets me know, I will go the grocery store and get a box of rice krispies, and oatmeal..I think we have almost of the other ingredients.
